Today I will be showing you an awesome drill that you can do anywhere to help you improve your posture. It’s called the Wall Seated Slide that opens up your chest, upper back, shoulder & gives you some postural awareness

Here are the key points
1️⃣ Sit in a butterfly position against the wall
2️⃣ Tuck your chin & place your arms against the wall
3️⃣ Slide your arms up & down like alphabet Y
4️⃣ Keeping the arms close to the Wall at all times
